SIP40 having issues with registrations failing due to massive increase in usage.

sip40 experienced a 40% growth vs previous weeks in the number of calls in the early part of the morning of 2021/08/31 and was unable to cope with the extra load. This is a most unusual growth pattern, some of which will be due to post-Bank-Holiday traffic but we are investigating to find out where all this came from. Voiceflex have made capacity updates to allow more resources for sip40 and also moved some traffic away to other servers. We will continue to investigate and monitor.
