  Details:

  We are implementing an emergency change to address a failure affecting Voiceflex FLOW services that has been observed over the past few days. This change involves troubleshooting and correcting routing failover issues on provider equipment that have contributed to the service instability.

   

  Impact:

  A brief service outage of a few minutes is expected during the change window while routing failover configurations are tested . We will work to minimize downtime and restore full service functionality as quickly as possible.

   

  Reason for Emergency Change:

  To restore service reliability and prevent further disruption caused by recent intermittent failures.
