We are seeing some delays on mails from our systems destined for customers due to an ongoing issue that's being tracked on
This delay will affect both mails leaving Voiceflex systems destined for outside and mails sent to Voiceflex from outside users. Currently the delay seems to be around 10 minutes.

Mimecast now say that they have implemented a workaround for the problems. Out outbound mail queue is now down to zero so all appears to be working again.
