One of our wholesale ISPs is experiencing a MSO at their DC in London. The ISP has advised that this could affect broadband services nationally. We cannot access their portal to run any diagnostics at this time. The ISP cannot provide an ETA on the fix but we expect the issue to be resolved before 12:00. We are told this is now resolved. If you are still experiencing problems please make sure you reboot your router and if still no success then contact support.
